🍗 Step 1: Marinate & Cook the Chicken
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey, garlic, ginger, and vinegar.
- Add chicken, toss well, and marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to 1 hour).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6–8 minutes until caramelized, slightly charred, and fully cooked.
🥬 Step 2: Make the Gochujang Slaw
- In a bowl, mix mayo, gochujang, sesame oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Toss with shredded cabbage and carrots. Chill until ready to serve.

- Warm tortillas in a skillet or over a flame until slightly charred.
- Fill each with a scoop of gochujang slaw and a few strips of spicy chicken.
