  • 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 🛢️ 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 🌶️ 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for spice)
  • 💦 2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin out sauce)

  1. 🔥 Cook shrimp: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook with minced garlic for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
