- 12 oz (340g) fettuccine or pasta of choice

🔥 التعليمات:
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss until fully coated. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
