معكرونة كريمة بالثوم والبارميزان

📝 المكونات:

  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • ملعقتان كبيرتان من الزبدة
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 كوب من الكريمة الثقيلة
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ملح وفلفل حسب الرغبة
  • 1 ملعقة صغيرة من التوابل الإيطالية
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

🔥 التعليمات:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss until fully coated. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
