Ingredientes
- 2 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices & chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instrucciones
- 🥣 Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- 🔥 Prep the pan: Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🐟 Season salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry, then sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- 👩🍳 Sear salmon: Place salmon skin-side down in the hot pan. Sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- 🔄 Flip & glaze: Flip the salmon. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the fillets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, occasionally spooning glaze over the top.
- 🍋 Finish & serve: Remove from heat. Plate salmon, drizzle with pan sauce, and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
