🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍤 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 🧈 2 tbsp butter
  • 🥬 1 cup baby spinach
  • 🍅 ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
  • 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🦐 Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. 🔥 Sear shrimp in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 🧄 Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. 🥬 Add tomatoes & spinach. Cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
  5. 🥛 Stir in cream & Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
  6. 🔄 Return shrimp to skillet, coat in sauce, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
  7. 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta or rice.
