For the Sesame Rice:

ЁЯНЧ Step 1: Sear the Chicken
- Season thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sear chicken 4тАУ5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
ЁЯНп Step 2: Make the Glaze
- In the same pan, lower heat and add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
- Let it simmer for 2тАУ3 minutes until slightly thickened.
ЁЯФе Step 3: Glaze the Chicken
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Toss to coat and cook another 3тАУ4 minutes until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
ЁЯНЪ Step 4: Prep the Rice
- Mix warm cooked rice with sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
ЁЯМ╢я╕П Step 5: Serve
- Plate sesame rice, top with glazed chicken, and drizzle with extra sauce.
- Garnish with scallions and more sesame seeds. Optional: chili flakes for heat!
