🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍣 2 salmon fillets (skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 🍯 2 tbsp honey
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 🧅 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 🌿 Chopped green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🧂 Prep salmon: Pat dry the salmon bites, season with salt, pepper, and toss in olive oil.
  2. 🍽️ Air fry: Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. 🍯 Make glaze: In a pan, heat honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. 🥄 Toss & coat: Remove salmon from the air fryer and gently toss in the warm glaze until well coated.
  5. 🌿 Garnish & serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or veggie sides.
