- 🍗 8 chicken drumsticks or thighs
- 🥛 1 cup buttermilk
- 🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
- 🧂 1 tsp garlic powder
- 🧂 ½ tsp salt
- 🧂 ½ tsp pepper
- 🌾 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 🛢️ Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 🍯 4 tbsp honey
- 🧈 3 tbsp butter
👩🍳 Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate chicken: Mix buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 min (best overnight).
- 🌾 Dredge chicken: Coat marinated chicken in flour, pressing to stick.
- 🔥 Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches 7–8 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- 🍯 Make honey butter glaze: Melt butter and stir in honey until combined.
- 🍗 Toss fried chicken in honey butter glaze. Serve immediately!
