  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 ст.л. оливкового масла
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  1. 🍝 Cook pasta: Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 🥣 Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, egg, Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 🧤 Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 🥄 Stuff shells: Fill each shell with about 1½ tbsp of the ricotta mixture.
  5. 🧄 Assemble dish: Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top. Pour remaining sauce over them. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella.
