  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (or vegan butter)

For the Ranch Slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (purple + green mix)
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Other:

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro
  • Optional: sliced avocado, extra buffalo sauce

🔥 Instructions:

🥣 Step 1: Prep the Batter

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt into a smooth batter.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter to coat.

🔥 Step 2: Bake the Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread battered cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.

🌶️ Step 3: Add Buffalo Sauce

  1. Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  2. Brush or toss baked cauliflower with the sauce.
  3. Return to oven for 10 more minutes to caramelize.

🥬 Step 4: Make the Ranch Slaw

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss and chill until ready.
