🛒 Ingredients

  • 🍄 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🧅 ½ small onion, diced
  • 🛢️ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 🌾 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 🥣 2½ cups vegetable broth
  • 🧈 1 tbsp butter
  • 🧀 ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
  • 🌿 Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🧅 Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms in oil until soft.
  2. 🌾 Add orzo, stir and toast for 1 minute.
  3. 🥣 Pour in broth, simmer for 12–15 minutes until orzo is tender.
  4. 🧀 Stir in butter and Parmesan. Garnish and serve hot.
