🛒 Ingredients:
- 🍗 1 lb ground chicken
- 🌶️ 3 Thai chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

- 🧅 1 small onion, finely sliced
- 🍃 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🐟 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍯 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🛢️ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍚 Steamed jasmine rice, for serving
🍽️ Instructions:
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🧄🌶️ Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- 🍗 Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up with a spatula.
- 🧅 Toss in sliced onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened.
- 🧂🐟🍯🍬 Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, mixing well.
- 🍃 Stir in Thai basil leaves and cook until just wilted.
- 🍽️ Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice and enjoy immediately.
