🥛 Yogurt Garlic Sauce:
- 🥛 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 🧄 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 🍋 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
- 🌿 1 tbsp chopped mint or dill (optional)
- 🧂 Sal al gusto
🌯 Wrap Fixings:
- 🫓 4 warm pita or flatbreads
- 🥗 Chopped cucumber & tomato
- 🧅 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 🥬 Lettuce or arugula
- 🟪 Pickles or pickled onions
- 🌿 Extra herbs like parsley or mint
🔥 Instrucciones
👨🍳 1. Make the Kofta Mix
In a bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, onion, parsley, and all spices. Mix well until sticky and fully combined (use hands for best results).
Shape into small cigar-like logs or meatballs. Thread onto skewers or shape freehand.
🔥 2. Cook the Kofta
Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high. Lightly oil. Grill kofta for 10–12 minutes, turning every few mins for even char.
Pan-fry: Use a heavy skillet and cook in a bit of oil until browned and cooked through.
🥄 3. Prepare the Yogurt Sauce
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and salt in a small bowl. Chill until ready.
🌯 4. Assemble the Wraps
Spread yogurt sauce on pita. Add grilled kofta, fresh veggies, pickles, and more sauce. Roll it up tight or serve open-style.

- 🔥 Kofta can be baked or air fried (400°F/200°C for 15–18 mins).
- 🌾 Add bulgur or breadcrumbs to stretch the mix.
