🛒 Ingredientes
- 🍤 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🧂Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 🧄 4 dientes de ajo picados
- 🛢️ 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- 🧈 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 🥬 1 cup baby spinach
- 🍅 ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 🥛 1 cup heavy cream
- 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 🌿 Fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instrucciones
- 🦐 Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 🔥 Sear shrimp in olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
- 🥬 Add tomatoes & spinach. Cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
- 🥛 Stir in cream & Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
- 🔄 Return shrimp to skillet, coat in sauce, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta or rice.
