- 🌶️ 1 small red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
For the Peanut Dressing:
- 🥜 ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice
- 🛢️ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌶️ 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for spice)
- 💦 2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin out sauce)
👩🍳 Instrucciones
- 🔥 Cook shrimp: Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook with minced garlic for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
- 🥜 Make peanut dressing: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, and sriracha. Add warm water gradually until smooth and pourable.
- 🥬 Assemble wraps: Place shrimp, carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and mint into lettuce leaves.
- 🍴 Drizzle with peanut dressing or serve on the side for dipping.
- 🌶️ Top with chili slices if desired. Serve immediately!
