  • 🥄 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 🥄 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 🍬 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 🌿 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 🛢️ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 🍚 Cooked jasmine rice (for serving)
  • 🍳 Fried egg (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 🧄 Sauté garlic, chilies, and shallot until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. 🍗 Add ground chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked, breaking it apart.
  4. 🥣 Stir in sauces: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. 🌿 Toss in Thai basil and stir until wilted (about 30 seconds).
  6. 🍽️ Serve hot over jasmine rice, topped with a fried egg if desired.
