- 🍄 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

- 🌾 1 cup orzo pasta
- 🥣 2½ cups vegetable broth
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧀 ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
- 🌿 Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
- 🧂 소금과 후추는 취향에 따라 넣어주세요
👩🍳 지침
- 🧅 Sauté onion, garlic, mushrooms in oil until soft.
- 🌾 Add orzo, stir and toast for 1 minute.
- 🥣 Pour in broth, simmer for 12–15 minutes until orzo is tender.
- 🧀 Stir in butter and Parmesan. Garnish and serve hot.
