🌿 Step 1: Roast the Asparagus
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. Sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 3 minutes if using.

- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
