    1. Sauté the Veggies

    2. Cook the Ground Turkey

    3. Add Sweet Potatoes & Corn

    Add diced sweet potatoes and corn. Stir everything together, then cover with a lid. Let cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are fork-tender. Add a splash of water if it sticks.

    4. Wilt the Greens

    Stir in spinach or kale and cook 2 more minutes until wilted. Finish with lime juice.
