🌮 1. Pikante Chicken Tacos mit Avocado-Salsa

Zutaten:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 TL Paprika
  • Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Saft von 1 Limette
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Anweisungen:

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. While chicken cooks, mix avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, and cilantro for the salsa.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly, then fill with chicken and avocado salsa.
  5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
