ラーメンカルボナーラ

🛒 材料:

  • 🍜 2 packs instant ramen (discard seasoning)
  • 🥓 4 slices pancetta or thick-cut bacon, chopped
  • 🧀 ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 🥚 2 egg yolks
  • 🧄 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 💧 Reserved pasta water (¼ cup)

👨‍🍳 手順:

  1. Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a pan, cook pancetta or bacon until crispy. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and parmesan, then slowly mix in the reserved hot water to temper the eggs.
  4. Add drained noodles to the pan with bacon. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in the egg-parmesan mixture, tossing quickly to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately while hot and silky.
