Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- While chicken cooks, mix avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice, and cilantro for the salsa.
- Warm tortillas slightly, then fill with chicken and avocado salsa.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
