🥘 Cremiger Orzo mit Spinat und Pilzen

Zutaten:

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 EL Olivenöl
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1½ cups vegetable broth
  • Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack

Anweisungen:

  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil. Add mushrooms and garlic, cook until mushrooms are soft.
  3. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  4. Stir in the orzo and vegetable broth. Simmer until creamy.
  5. Add Parmesan, stir, and season to taste.
