Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, sugar, and graham crumbs until smooth.
- Press into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the base.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!
