Breakfast Pudding (Tiramisu Overnight Oats)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 🌾 1 cup rolled oats
  • 🥛 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 🍯 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ☕ ¼ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 🧀 ½ cup mascarpone or Greek yogurt
  • 🍫 Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • 🍪 Optional: 2 crushed ladyfingers or graham crackers

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. The next morning, stir the oats and layer them in a glass with mascarpone or Greek yogurt.
  4. If desired, add crushed cookies in between for texture.
  5. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder on top before serving cold.
