🛒 Ingredients:
- 🌾 1 cup rolled oats
- 🥛 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 🍯 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ☕ ¼ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 🧀 ½ cup mascarpone or Greek yogurt
- 🍫 Cocoa powder, for dusting
- 🍪 Optional: 2 crushed ladyfingers or graham crackers
👨🍳 Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- The next morning, stir the oats and layer them in a glass with mascarpone or Greek yogurt.
- If desired, add crushed cookies in between for texture.
- Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder on top before serving cold.
